To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however we do offer refunds as credit for future purchases if you are not satisfied with your products. If products arrives damaged, please notify us by email at serenitysoaps.more@gmail.com with order number and image of pacakge, within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of the damaged product. Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit for future purchases.
