Order Cancellation:

You are able to cancel an order, as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact serenitysoaps.more@gmail.com with your order number and we'll be more than happy to process your cancellation.

Return Policy:

We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. We also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however we do offer refunds as credit for future purchases if you are not satisfied with your products. If products arrives damaged, please notify us by email at serenitysoaps.more@gmail.com with order number and image of package, within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of the damaged product. Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit for future purchases.

 

Shipping/Pick-up:

We offer pick up/ delivery on Virgin Gorda. For Tortola there’s delivery available via Speedy’s ferry. Prices for. Delivery are available at checkout. You would not be able to receive any packages without payment. Payments has to be paid before you receive any packages. Shipping takes 1-2 days. At this time we do not offer International shipping.

Payments:

 Payments can be made via ATH MOVIL or on Pick-up/ Delivery. Full payments should be made in order to receive product(s).

Body Butter Care Instructions:

Because our products are natural they may soften/melt in warm months. This would not affect the quality of the product. Butters are sensitive to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and best when stored in a cool dry place. if your product is melted, please store in a refrigerator for an hour and stir to restore back to original form.
